• Target Learning offers personalized academic coaching services that are tailored to meet the individual needs of students. We aim to ensure our students develop a growth mindset and have the skills needed to be successful in school, at work and in life. 

• We use a blended learning approach which combines traditional instruction with online learning. This approach engages students and allows them to have some control over the time, place and pace in which they learn. 

• Target Learning has a team of qualified teachers who have a passion for education and are dedicated to helping children attain success.

• Target Learning recognizes that student success is increased when there is a strong working partnership between students, parents, and teachers. We have extended our services to include professional development, parent workshops, and other personal development opportunities in an aim to strengthen the skill sets and improve the wellbeing of all stakeholders.

About the Founder

The founder of Target Learning, Keisha Allen-Smith, is a qualified teacher, professional development facilitator, and mindfulness practitioner with over 20 years of experience in education. She understands that every child is unique and is passionate about offering programs that cater to the learning needs of ALL students so they can achieve academic success.
